K2 channel to air special episodes in October

Tvblog, an Italian online TV magazine, announced that in concurrence with the release of Pokémon X and Y, the Italian channel K2 will broadcast the sixteenth Pokémon movie. The date has still not been revealed, as well as the translated title. There is also a reference to a "Preview of the new anime based on Pokémon X and Y Video Games", but it is not known whether it refers to a broadcast of the first two episodes before the ending of the current series (as they already did with Pokémon: Black & White) or just a teaser of the series itself.

September 5 will also begin the last part of the sixteenth season, that will be localized as "Pokémon Nero e Bianco: Avventure a Unima e oltre" with the airing of Addio, Unima! Si salpa per nuove avventure!. Moreover, the broadcast of movies 11 to 15 have been scheduled for the upcoming weekends.
