Hikari, Ayako to battle in next Pokémon Contest

The 138th episode of the Diamond & Pearl series was recently revealed by Pokeani.

Ayako

The episode will feature Hikari in a contest. In this contest, she will find out that she will have to battle her mother, Ayako. It will be titled Hikari vs. Mama! Parent-Child Showdown!! 「ヒカリVSママ！親子対決!!」. It is set to air on Aug. 13 on TV Tokyo.

Ayako is a Pokémon Coordinator who previously entered and won in Sinnoh's Grand Festival. Her only known Pokémon is her Nyarmar. The coordinator and Pokémon stylist Yuri, who was previously defeated by Hikari, is her childhood rival.
