Pokémon Center Online, the official Japanese Web site offering Pokémon goods, has closed after five years of operation. Pokémon Daisuki Club opened a Shop section Aug. 11 for fans to purchase official merchandise. However, the Daisuki Club Web site is members-only.

Customer information from the former site will be deleted Feb. 28.

The American PokémonCenter shopping Web site remains open to the public.
