The Japanese guidebook, Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Official Guidebook Complete Story Walkthrough + Alola Pokédex, will be released in Japan on December 6, 2017. It will come with a code to obtain 2 Master Balls in the game.

The guidebook's product description also confirms many features from Pokémon Sun and Moon will return, including the Festival Plaza, Pokémon Refresh, the Poké Finder, the Battle Tree and the Battle Royal Dome.
