The Kanto Cup Wi-Fi tournament has been announced for Japan. Participants will be able to get the Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise C-Gear skins for the Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games. This tournament is a Single Battle tournament with only Kanto region Pokémon being allowed in the tournament. Mew and Mewtwo may not be used in the tournament.

2013 Kanto Cup

Participants may register from Feb. 15 until Feb. 22. The tournament will run from Feb. 23 until Feb 25. There will be three divisions for the tournament. The Junior Division will have players who were born in 2002 or later. The Senior Division will have players who were born between 1998 and 2001. The Masters Division will have players who were born in 1997 or earlier. There will be 50,000 slots, with 10,000 for the Junior Division, 10,000 for the Senior Division, and 30,000 for the Masters Division.

The rankings will be revealed March 5. The C-Gear skins will be available beginning after the rankings are revealed and April 16. 4 p.m. JST.
