Kanto worldwide celebration in Pokémon GO announced

To celebrate Kanto region Pokémon from April 10 to 17

Niantic has announced a worldwide celebration for Pokémon in the Kanto region. Kanto Pokémon will be seen more frequently starting April 10 at 13:00 PDT or 15:35 UTC.

In addition, certain Pokémon such as Aerodactyl and Snorlax will be featured in Raid Battles worldwide. As players encounter and catch more Pokémon, all actions will be rewarded with double Candy. There will also be special boxes containing Raid Passes which gives players the opportunity to challenge powerful Kanto Pokémon.

The Pokémon GO celebration ends on April 17.
