A Shiny Tyranitar, based on the one used by Juniors Division 2015 Pokémon Video Game World Champion Kotone Yasue, will be distributed in Japan at Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, and the Hokuriku Oyabe Pokémon Store outlet in Japan from Nov. 7 to Dec. 6, 2015. This distribution can only be obtained in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

The distribution will begin at 12 pm on Nov. 7 and end at 9 pm on Dec. 6; otherwise, it will be available during opening hours at all Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores, and the Hokuriku Oyabe Pokémon Store outlet, during the distribution period.

While no details have been confirmed, it will likely have the same moves, held item, and Ability as the Tyranitar used by Yasue. Yasue's Tyranitar had an Adamant Nature, held a Life Orb, had the Ability Sand Stream, and knew the moves Crunch, Rock Slide, Low Kick and Protect.
