Oha Suta has released a trailer for Pokémon Black and White Versions showing new game features, new Pokémon, and new footage of the landscape of Isshu.

The new Pokémon.

More new Pokémon.

A triple battle starting.

The new Pokémon are as follows:

Desukān 「デスカーン」
Ononokusu 「オノノクス」
Moguryū 「モグリュー」
Denchura 「デンチュラ」
Doryūzu 「ドリュウズ」

Two new moves are also shown: 「グラスミキサー」 Grass Mixer and 「ドリルライナー」 Drill Liner. Triple battles have been confirmed as part of the games.
