Hoothoot available with a secret command

7spot has revealed that Hoothoot is available through the Pokémon Dream Radar with a secret command. When the command is entered, a new area to obtain the Pokémon will be unlocked. The secret command unlocks the Special Parts C area.

The player enters the secret command X, Y, L, R, Left, Right, Y, X.

Hoothoot will have the moves Tackle, Foresight, Hypnosis and Growl
