The Pikachu Yellow Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL will be released in South Korea on March 4, 2017. It has a suggested retail price of ₩235,000.
The system is yellow and features artwork of Pikachu.
This design was released in Japan on Nov. 18, 2016 (alongside Pokémon Sun and Moon). American-region systems with this design were available from Play-Asia for release on Nov. 18, 2016 (although this was intended for Asia), and will be released in North America on Feb. 24, 2017.
