PokéStop Nomination Beta is to be added in Brazil and South Korea. It will be initially limited to level 40 trainers and will exclude child accounts. This will be the first time that players will be able to submit locations in Pokémon GO. Players also have to provide photographs and descriptions of the locations. Submissions will be reviewed by experienced users in the Ingress Operation Portal Recon project for future addition in Pokémon GO.
