In Europe and Japan, new Pokémon-themed New Nintendo 3DS faceplates will be available.

In Europe, the Kyogre/Groudon faceplate will be one of many faceplates available with the launch of the New Nintendo 3DS on Feb. 13, 2015. The Pikachu faceplate will be available in the future; the exact release date is unknown.

In Japan, the Pikachu faceplate will be available on Feb. 14, 2015. The Kyogre/Groudon faceplate was already released in Japan on Nov. 21, 2014.
