The Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Special Demo Version is now available without a code from the Nintendo 3DS eShop in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

The demo was previously exclusively available via serial code, which were distributed in a variety of ways, including in-store and email, from around October 15, 2014 (exact start date varied with location). The Special Demo Version was made available without a code in North America in late December last year.
