The Tornadus "One Great Chance a Day!" special stage is now available in both Pokémon Shuffle and Pokémon Shuffle Mobile. It will be available in both Pokémon Shuffle and Pokémon Shuffle Mobile until November 16, 2015. This stage is limited to 14 moves.

The Pokémon Safari will be available until November 24, 2015. It features Electrike, Manectric, Stantler, Darumaka, and Darmanitan. Just like previous Pokémon Safari stages (but unlike other stages), when playing in the Pokémon Safari the player will battle one of the 5 possible Pokémon, decided randomly; as a result, the Optimize button is unavailable for this stage. The player receives a first clear bonus for the first time they defeat each Pokémon, not just the first time they clear the stage at all. Additionally, the player can only bring 3 Support Pokémon into this stage. This Safari was previously available in Pokémon Shuffle (3DS) from June 22 to July 7, 2015; this is the first time it has been available in Pokémon Shuffle Mobile.

The Mega Manectric Competitive Stage will be live in both Pokémon Shuffle and Pokémon Shuffle Mobile from November 16 to 24, 2015. In a Competitive Stage, players battle a Trainer's Mega-Evolved Pokémon and try to inflict as much damage as possible in a limited amount or time or number of moves; this score can then be uploaded to the Pokémon Shuffle server. Players will receive a prize, based on how they place within their region (for Pokémon Shuffle) or the world (for Pokémon Shuffle Mobile). High-ranking players will earn a Manectite. This Competitive Stage was previously available in Pokémon Shuffle (3DS) from June 29 to July 6, 2015; this is the first time it has been available in Pokémon Shuffle Mobile.

A special stage featuring Rayquaza will be live in Pokémon Shuffle (3DS) from November 13 to 27, 2015. This coincides with the Rayquaza Great Challenge stage in Pokémon Shuffle Mobile that was announced last week to run during the same period.

Main stages 181 to 190 and new expert stages are now available in Pokémon Shuffle Mobile. There is no time limit on obtaining them.
