Shiny Diancie will be available in Japan at Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, and the Hokuriku Oyabe Pokémon Store outlet from December 12 to 31, 2015. It will be able to be obtained in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
