There was only one bonus disc released in America (there's your Jirachi), and a different one released in Japan (there's your Celebi). Odds are one of either Ruby or Sapphire is a Japanese copy so as to obtain the Celebi, and that Colosseum is a Japanese copy either being played on a Japanese Gamecube (or Wii) or booted up through a Freeloader.
