Well the magazine is right about the event when you got an Arceus from the movie.. well I hacked pokemon platinum.. and I got an Arceus.. once I got it I went to Oreburgh Mine and I saw the Hiker and he just gave me a Flame plate.. and I also went to Canalave City, where you see it in the magazine, you'll just see Lucian in the library, reading something. Once you talked to him, he will just tell you something.. but not to important though. | |||
