The release date of the game in Japan is in September 2009. The site include details about the {{bp|Generation II}} {{bp|starter Pokémon}}, {{p|Chikorita}}, {{p|Cyndaquil}} and {{p|Totodile}}, and new artwork for them. New artwork can also be seen for the {{bp|Version mascot}}s, {{p|Lugia}} and {{p|Ho-Oh}}, and for the {{bp|player character}}s, {{ga|Gold}} and {{ga|Soul}}, the new girl {{bp|player character}}.
