"Do you believe you're the top Pokemon Trainer? Are you ready to test your strenght against other trainer's Pokemon across Greece?"

With these words begins the announcement of the second '''Greek Pokemon Championships''', organized by [http://www.nintendo.gr Nintendo.gr] with support from the fansite {{bp|Legendary Pokémon (site)|Legendary Pokémon}}.
Players willing to participate can send their forms between December 10th and 18th. Tournament battles shall be held via {{bp|Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection}}, while the finals and semi-finals will be run live on 30 January 2010 in the [http://www.saturn.com.gr/categories/harti_sigru.php?radnja=prva Saturn] megastore in Kallithea, Athens.
The [http://www.nintendo.gr/el-gr/News.aspx?ElementID=59149637-d5db-4ce6-a743-868316d9d806 tournament rules] however state that the players have to decide on date for their battles on public, through Nintendo.gr 's forums, therefore participation is limited to those that are fluent in Greek.

Participants have a chance to win a copy of Pokémon HeartGold or SoulSilver and a WiiWare or DSiWare game of your choice and protective cases for the Nintendo DS courtesy of Nortec Multimedia (official representative of Nintendo in the Balkans and Turkey) plus a dozen of rare and elusive Pokémon, including {{p|Arceus}}, {{p|Shaymin}}, {{p|Jirachi}}, {{p|Regigigas}} courtesy of Legendary Pokémon.
