According to the official Japanese Pokémon site, two new games have been announced as ''ポケットモンスターブラック・ホワイト』公式サイト'' Pocket Monsters Black Version and ''ポケットモンスターオフィシャルサイト'' Pocket Monsters White Version. Other details are currently unknown at this time.
The much-awaited {{bp|Generation V}} games' names have finally been announced. '''ポケットモンスターブラック''' ''Pocket Monsters Black'' and '''ポケットモンスターホワイト''' ''Pocket Monsters White'' are set to be released for the Nintendo DS in Japan in late 2010.
 
The only known Pokémon that will debut with these games are the non-legendary {{p|Zorua}} and its evolution {{p|Zoroark}}, which both feature in {{bp|M13|the thirteenth movie}}. The version mascots of these games have not yet been announced.
