Some of the official sites for {{game|HeartGold and SoulSilver}} have updated with a new news article that talks about the {{bp|Winner's Path (Pokéwalker Route)|Winner's Path}} {{bp|Pokéwalker}} Route. This Route will be available to players of the North American and PAL versions of the games via Wi-Fi starting May 6, the day after the distribution of the {{bp|Yellow Forest (Pokéwalker Route)|Yellow Forest}} ends. While the games' site mention that the event will end on June 25, Pokémon.com mentions it will end on the 26th. | |||
This Route allows players to capture {{bp|Pokémon}} with {{bp|move}}s they cannot normally learn by leveling up, such as a {{p|Munchlax}} with {{m|Selfdestruct}} or a {{p|Horsea}} with {{p|Muddy Water}}. Several items useful in {{pkmn|battle}} are also available. This Route was initially available to players of the Japanese versions of HeartGold and SoulSilver from Oct. 17 to Dec. 17, 2009 and from Jan 13-27 earlier this year. | |||
