Gaming news website IGN has opened Pokémon Face-Off, a feature intended to deduce a set of top 100 of the "best Pokémon" as decided by voters.  The feature, promoted as a series of "Poké-Duels", randomly generates pairs of two of any of the 649 Pokémon between which for fans of Pokémon to choose the one the voter considers the best Pokémon. Participants can vote on as many "Poké-Duels" as they desire.  The results of this voting will be used to create a list of the 100 best Pokémon.
