: I have a PAL Game, from England, and I can't get any access to the Audino Skin, though the World Championship one is available. ::It looks like this is the first case of locking within the international part of the site. :< As far as I know, only accounts with region set to "US" can claim the skin currently... those with other locales can't even see the notice written about it.
