As I mentioned in my move summary, PGL neglects to even mention that it has Poison Touch, but it is specifically identified as having Poison Jab. PGL also mentions that other Croagunk found in the Rugged Mountain area will not know Poison Jab. In addition, knowing Poison Jab makes it different to the Japanese event, in which the Croagunk did not know Poison Jab.
