In regards to the rule change, there is zero information about any sort of legendary Pokémon ban. I have no idea where Serebii pulled that one from. The entire thing pretty much says make sure you only have legit Pokémon with legit moves, otherwise we aren't going to let you play. Even the dark void thing is barely mentioned. | |||
The link you gave me to the 15th movie info was the same link to the rule changes. There didn't seem to be any other articles regarding it, and I couldn't find anything else on the internet about it. | |||
