The free trial will be available until March 14, 2014 to use for 30 days and after that Pokémon Bank will cost £4.49 per year in the UK, €4.99 per year in Europe and $6.50 per year in Australia.
 
Pokémon Bank, the 3DS software that allows online storage of Pokémon, plus transfer of pre-Gen IV Pokémon via Pokémon Transporter, has appeared on the 3DS eShop in Europe and Australia. The free trial will be available until 14 March 2014 to use for 30 days and after that Pokémon Bank will cost £4.99 per year in the UK, €4,49 per year in Europe and $6.50 per year in Australia. The software was originally scheduled for launch around Christmas 2013, but after release in some parts of Asia extremely high traffic brought Nintendo's servers down and caused the software to be removed from the JapaneseeShop in regions eShopit had been released in, andwith the release postponed for all other regions.
 
On January 22, 2014, Pokémon Bank returned to the Japanese eShop onin Januarythe 22Asian 2014,regions andthat washad addedalready to the Korean eShop on theseen samea daterelease. Today's release in PAL territories leaves North America as the only major region still awaiting the software.
