The "Sapusaur" image is clearly a Gen I-style Mega Venusaur, which the Dex entry supports. The caption suggests this was one of the PokéGods people made up when this was first spreading when that obviously isn't the case. Shouldn't that be removed, or at least point out that it's a more recent copying of the meme?
