Starter evolutions
What sort of evidence turned up? Oh and discusslink=79308. Turtwig A 20:04, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, last I checked, nothing said these were confirmed. I don't get it either --Jonouchi 20:20, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- I talked it over on AIM with Serebii. I made the call that we might as well post it since most of the other English Pokemon sites were.--RexRacer 20:46, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- Shouldn't {{rumor}} be put though? There's just too much fake evidence for it not to be called a rumor. For one, only Tstuarja's evolution looks anything like it. Even Magikarp had features stay in Gyarados (the "crown" fins for one). Also remember the DP fake starter evolutions? More and more fakes pop up everyday, just like more and more real ones do. Turtwig A 21:33, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- You're kidding, right? Pokabu's evolutions maintain the golden marking motif and Mijumaru's maintains the shell motif, as well as developing whiskers. Vixie 22:24, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- Pokabu's final evolution looks like a combination of Rhyperior and Magmortar, which is one of the reasons why I hope/believe this could be fake. Another reason being that Mijuramu's final evolution looks nothing like its two other forms. --Seanbear 23:26, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- The golden thing isn't really apparent, and the Mijumaru thing I didn't notice. It still is too different. Turtwig A 01:39, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
- To me, the Pokabu and Tsuarja evolutionary lines look very plausible. Keeping in mind that Gen V is trying to get back to the roots (which would include "simpler" looking Pokemon), it would seem very logical that these are fairly accurate. Only the final form of Mijimaru looks wildly different, being on four legs and having a very thin, dog-like look, which is a heavy deviation from the cutesy and semi-cutesy otter-like appearances of it's predecessors.--Oleandervine 14:11, 5 September 2010 (UTC)

Confirmed fake? http://pokejungle.net/2010/09/01/bw-rumors-iv/comment-page-1/#comment-9320 Vixie 02:19, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
- I wouldn't think so. Somebody on 4ch apparently claimed it too, so it is very unclear. To Oleandervine, the Pokabu evolution isn't very simplistic. There seems to be much going on. The Tsutarja is, but its design too much resembles Dragonair or Milotic. Turtwig A 14:29, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
Colors
This may be refuted, but I always thought that Starter colors went, light-dark-light or dark-light-dark? As in how Mudkip starts off dark then Marshtomp is light, followed by Swampert light again, and the opposite being true for the Charmander line. Also, in my opinion the secondform for Pokabu looks very cartoony, and has been featured a few times in youtube videos, Im really hoping they aren't the true evolution. PokeExtreme 22:12, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
- I just had a look to see if you were right about the pattern of tonality in starter evolutions. It looks like in Generation IV, the pattern was actually light-light-dark. The pattern hasn't remained the same since Generation I, therefore I wouldn't be certain of anything. - TIMMY 01:46, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
Oh my goodness, I saw this both at /vp/ and Serebii, and to be blunt, it's a bit unnerving. Wotter 3.0 looks like nothing like its counterparts, and it isn't really like Nintendo/Game Freak to make a Pokémon look too much like Ganon from The Legend of Zelda series. - unsigned comment from Yurtablemoron (talk • contribs)
- Haha, yeah it looks like something out of Wind Waker with that wavy pattern on its belly. -TIMMY 01:47, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
- The guy who made them confessed. Wotter's final form is just Dialga spliced with a Digimon. Tolstak 02:31, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
- It looks rather similar to the Digimon Ikakumon and Zudomon, but anyway, a mod will probably chime in and say "GO TO THE FORUMS!" any minute now...Taromon777 10:10, 5 September 2010 (UTC)

Fake?
Put your thoughts down there. I think it's fake.

Read the freaking template at the top of the page
ONLY add material if it is related to the article.
- Typo? Post here!
- Grammatical error? Post here!
- Think the scans are fake? Go talk about it on the forums! There's a link at the top of the article as well as this talk page that says "hey, there's a thread on the forums for this, go talk about it there!"
We absolutely LOVE it when someone tells us if there's a flaw in the article, voices their opinion on the forums or e-mails us with news tips, but for everyone else- if you can't use Bulbanews the way it was intended, you're going to face a one-week ban for article talk abuse. Clear?--RexRacer 16:36, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
Please
Could you please add "Unconfirmed: " back to the title of the article, so people who don't want to deal with rumors won't accidentally click on it? This may seem trivial to some, but I find it very important. Dragoness 13:54, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
