Just thought I'd mention that, although Serebii has said that Victini will be available in retail outlets during this period; there is no mention about Victini being available the tour also mentioned. It is highly possible that the tour will give the UK Celebi, while Victini will be given out at GAME retail outlets. - Ryu Shoji ,
