Ampersand
The game titles don't use &. TCG sets do. The anime series does. The games? No. "&" is for use as part of a title only. The games' titles are separately "Pokémon Diamond Version" and "Pokémon Pearl Version", or "Pokémon HeartGold Version" and "Pokémon SoulSilver Version". The article is combined as Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions or Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions because they're really just the same game with different Pokémon distributions and the same plot... which is why third versions get a separate page (their plot differs at least a little).
