The language for the Web site is currently available in English for the United States and Canada but region options for América Latina, België, Belgique, Canada (FR), Deutschland, España, France, Italia, Nederland, Portugal, and UK/Ireland will also be available. The website features information about the {{bp|Pokéwalker}}, a special pedometer that lets player interact with their Pokémon, catch wild Pokémon, find hidden items and trade gifts with friends. Players who pre-order HeartGold or SoulSilver will get a {{p|Ho-Oh}} or {{p|Lugia}} figure, respectively. Unlike the Japanese versions of the games, however, there is no {{p|Arceus}} figure to be given even if both games were pre-ordered.
