Evolutions contains 113 cards, including 5 {{TCG|Secret cards}}, 12 new {{TCG|Pokémon-EX}}, including 5 Mega Evolution Pokémon, and 4 new {{TCG|Pokémon BREAK}} cards, as well as a variety of {{TCG|Full Art card}}s. The expansion features an updated card template honoring that of the Original Series {{TCG|Base Set}}, and the vast majority of cards are based on cards from that expansion, with original artwork and similar attacks.
