The Liberty Pass will be distributed over the {{bp|Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection}} from March 4, 2011 through April 22, 2011. This item will unlock the event to catch the Legendary Pokémon {{bp|Victini}}, #000 in the Unova Pokédex. While it is likely this event will be accessible to other English regions, such as North America and Australia, upon the release of Pokémon Black and White in those locales, this is currently unconfirmed. There will also be a series of retail events in the United Kingdom to help promote Black and White, similar to the tours in the United States and Canada. Retail outlets named as locations for the event are: Westfield in London, Silverburn Shopping Centre in South Glasgow, The Metrocentre in Newcastle, the Bullring in Birmingham and The Centre in Milton Keynes.
