There will be a pre-opening for it on the 18th for Daisuke Club members. 300 members will win a set of four tickets to the Nov. 22 opening of the new Pokémon Center. Tickets will be available from Oct. 11 until Oct. 25. The Pokémon Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. until Jan. 26, 2014, then from the Jan. 27 onward will close an hour earlier on Mondays through Thursdays. To mark the opening of Japan's latest Pokémon Center in Tokyo Bay, an event {{p|Inkay}} will be available to visitors. The Revolving Pokémon, which appears on the Tokyo Bay Pokémon Center's logo, will be Level 10 and in a {{bp|Cherish Ball}}, holding an {{bp|Aspear Berry}}. It knows the moves {{m|Foul Play}}, {{m|Hypnosis}}, {{m|Topsy-Turvy}} and a move called {{m|Happy Time}} which doubles the amount of money you receive at the end of the battle. The event will run from November 22, 2013 to January 26, 2014. There will also be presents for early shoppers. With any purchase they can receive either a specially-designed shopping bag or a Jumbo trading card. They will be available from Nov. 22 until Dec. 15. Shoppers who spend over ¥3000 have a chance to win Inkay specific goods. The first prize is an Inkay Drink tumbler. The second prize is a B5 Inkay clear file. The runner-up prize is A Metallic Inkay sticker (A7 size). Also, at 12 p.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. on Nov. 22, 23, 24, and 30, and Dec. 1 a {{p|Pikachu}} wearing a special uniform will be in attendance.
