As previously reported, European copies of the Generation IV Pokémon games are able to download a Jirachi via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. It is now known that North American and Australian players can also obtain this Pokémon starting June 26, 2010. The distribution ends at the same time as the European event, July 16, 2010.
Like the previously-released Jirachi, it arrives in a Cherish Ball at level 5 knowing the moves Wish, Confusion, Rest and Draco Meteor. It is holding the Liechi Berry and wearing a Classic Ribbon. The Original Trainer is SMR2010 and the ID Number is 06260. The Jirachi, once received in HeartGold and SoulSilver, will unlock the Night Sky's Edge Pokéwalker Route.
