Two additional promotional card Blisters are being released for the XY expansion. These two Blisters each feature 2 booster packs, and one of two sets of three promotional cards each. The promotional cards are reprints from throughout the Black & White Series, yet do not include the currently unknown BW Promo 77 or 78. The official release date for these Blisters is February 5.

The first Two Pack Blister features {{TCG|Dark Explorers}} {{TCG ID|Dark Explorers|Venusaur|3}}, {{TCG|Boundaries Crossed}} {{TCG ID|Boundaries Crossed|Charizard|20}}, and {{TCG|Plasma Blast}} {{TCG ID|Plasma Blast|Blastoise|16}}, all as exclusive Cosmos Holofoils. The second Two Pack Blister features {{TCG|Dragon Vault}} {{TCG ID|Dragon Vault|Dragonite|5}}, and {{TCG|Dragons Exalted}} {{TCG ID|Dragons Exalted|Garchomp|91}} and {{TCG ID|Dragons Exalted|Hydreigon|98}}, also all as exclusive Cosmos Holofoils.
Additionally, as with all Blister Packs since the {{TCG|Plasma Freeze}} expansion, these Blister Packs contain excess old sized Pokémon coins that no longer meet the safety standard for English release.
