To commemorate the Koex Seoul Character and Licensing Fair that is being held from July 17 until July 21, a {{p|Jirachi}} event is being distributed via infared for the Korean {{game|Pokémon Black and White|s}} and {{bp|Pokémon Black and White Versions 2|Pokémon Black 2 and White 2}} games. 

Jirachi has an OT of Character Fair, and holds a {{bp|Comet Shard}}. It is Level 50 and has the {{bp|Ability}} {{a|Serene Grace}}. It has the moves {{m4|Meteor Mash|Wish|Cosmic Power|Healing Wish}}. Jirachi will be available from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. local time and will be held outside of the entrance to the Fair. Players do not need a ticket to the Fair to be able to receive Jirachi.
