Details about the [[Pikachu distribution event announced for Japan|Pikachu event]] which will be distributed at 40 Aeon Malls and Aeon Stores on June 15 have been announced. {{p|Pikachu}} is level 22, which is the jersey number of {{wp|Atsuto Uchida}} on the Japanese World Cup team. It has the move Mega Kick, commemorating the Japanese World Cup team which will be participating in the 2014 FIFA World Cup starting June 12. 

It's OT is 「ウチダアツト」Atsuto Uchida, its Ability is {{a|Static}}, and it has the moves {{m4|Mega Kick|Quick Attack|Electro Ball|Double Team}}. It will be holding the {{bp|Light Ball}} and will have a ribbon that prevents it from being traded on the {{bp|Global Trade Station|GTS}}. Players of ''{{bp|The Thieves and the One Thousand Pokémon|The Thieves and the 1000 Pokémon}}'' game who show that they have collected 100 Pokémon in the game will receive a special sticker.

At several of the locations, a life-size Pikachu will be available to play with people at the event. The distribution event will be from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. JST on June 15.
