Two new Pokémon themes are available for PAL region Nintendo 3DS systems. These themes are titled "Pokémon: Eevee Collection: Espeon & Umbreon" and "Pokémon: Mega Charizard Y & Mega Rayquaza". The themes each cost £1.79 in the United Kingdom, €1.99 in the {{wp|Eurozone}}, and $2.60 in Australia.

The "Espeon & Umbreon" theme features artwork depicting silhouettes of {{p|Espeon}} and {{p|Umbreon}}, but also includes silhouettes of the other {{bp|Eeveelutions}}. The background music is ''{{bp|Game Sync}}'' from {{bp|Pokémon X and Y}}.

The "Mega Charizard Y & Mega Rayquaza" theme features {{bp|Mega Evolution|Mega}} {{p|Rayquaza}} on the upper screen and Mega {{p|Charizard}} Y on the lower screen. The background music is ''The {{bp|Pokémon League (Kalos)|Pokémon League}}'' from Pokémon X and Y.
