Players who have already obtained a Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon from the Pokémon Center Paris or gamescom in Germany cannot obtain this Vivillon.

This Vivillon pattern has previously only been [[Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon to be distributed at Pokémon Center in Paris|available in France]], is currently being [[Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon to be distributed in Japan|distributed in Japan]] and [[Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon available via Nintendo Network for American region games|via Nintendo Network for American region games]], and [[Pokémon plans for Gamescom 2014 revealed|will be available]] in PAL region games from by a serial code which can only be obtained in Germany.

PAL region games are sold throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa. To download this event, players need to select the "Receive via Internet" option in {{bp|Mystery Gift}}.
