There will be 50,000 spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Players born in 2001 or later will be in the Junior/Senior Division. Players born in 2000 or earlier will be in the Master Division. Players in the Junior Division may only play between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. local time. Participants may only use the {{bp|Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire}} games. The Pokémon that were in the top 12 of any of the competitions this season that had the {{bp|Double Battle}}s format. Pokémon transferred from the Generation V games can not be used.
