As part of the "{{bp|Can You Name All the Pokémon? BW}}" promotion, a female {{p|Pikachu}} at level 30 with moves {{m|Teeter Dance}}, {{m|Encore}}, {{m|Electro Ball}}, and, notably, {{m|Sing}}. This Pokémon's moveset ties in with Japanese weekly television show ''{{bp|Pokémon Smash!}}'' and the current Japanese ending song, {{bp|Can You Name All the Pokémon? BW}}, hence it knowing the move Sing, which it cannot normally learn.

Pikachu also has its {{bp|Hidden Ability}} {{a|Lightningrod}}, which (given its gender) may be passed on to its offspring. This is the first time a female Pokémon with its Hidden Ability has been given away. Also of note is the fact that Lightningrod now raises a Pokémon's Special Attack every time it is activated.

The event will begin on July 30, and end on Aug. 28, 2011. So far, it is only available in Japan at the "a-Nation For Life" and "Can You Name Every BW Pokémon?" event locations. This tour will travel through six Japanese cities: {{wp|Yokohama}}, {{wp|Nagoya}}, {{wp|Osaka}}, {{wp|Fukuoka}}, {{wp|Sapporo}}, and {{wp|Tokyo}}.
