The password to obtain the skin is "WorldsCGear". "WORLDSCGEAR" does not work because it is case sensitive. I can't find how the Global Link website reveals the password. For some reason, I can't move the article, so could anyone who can please move it to "C-Gear skins featuring Audino, 2011 Championships now available" (or something to that extent).
